Ordering & Delivery Information
Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of post code CT6 6TE. All other delivery charges are POA. Generally each water butt cost around £17.95 to deliver

All orders above £500 delivery charges are POA.
Please ask about delivery discout rates when ordering - Sometimes we may be able to incorperate your
delivery in with one of or larger system orders. If this is the case we may be able to offer you between
50-100% delivery discout. All orders will be confirmed by email. We reserve the right to revise any prices
in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in the VAT rate.
Small Items are sent by Royal Mail post to any UK address (but not outside). Larger Items are sent by a
carrier service which normally delivers within two working days (Mon-Fri) after despatch from our warehouse.
Please note that when several items are ordered they may not all be delivered together. Very large Items
(marked ) i.e Cristall & Columbus tanks. - separate arrangements will be made for delivery with POA
Please note: Our standard carriage charges normally apply, but for the Isles of Man, Wight and Scilly,
Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles, plus Scottish Highland and Island postcodes PH19-44, PH49-50, IV,
KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28, HS, we reserve the right to contact you and advise an additional carriage charge.
We are happy to quote for carriage of specific products to these areas, however, some items may not be available - please contact us.
We accept payment for online orders by PayPal=Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (Switch) or Delta. Cards are debited
when the order is first processed. All prices include VAT where applicable. An order acknowledgement will be
enclosed with your order, or sent separately, depending on the product(s) ordered. In the event of a query it
helps us if you can quote your Ref or Invoice Number as given on the acknowledgement. Please contact our Customer

Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit should be referred to us, not the carriers involved. Wherever
possible we will promptly replace damaged items, or failing that, provide a refund.
Complaints - It is our aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days, and we will provide a likely
timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you advised about progress.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days of being received. You may telephone our Customer Services
Department number 01227 371 311 or email at sales@rainwaterstorage.co.uk.
If you cancel before the goods have been despatched, we will refund your money in total within 30 days. If goods have been
despatched, we ask that you contact our Customer Services Department (details as above). All returnes unless
for damaged goods are the responsability and expense of the customer and a refund will be given within 30 days.
